Sorry for the delay in today's post.... I had it all ready to go and then didn't click publish, so it's been in my drafts folder all day!! Oopps
Today's card is a quick and simple, minimal effort card. The Woven Threads DSP is so lovely and this particular pattern is so striking, that I really didn't want to over do it...
Create a card base from a piece of soft suede that measures 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", score at 5 7/8" and fold & burnish. Sponge the edges of a whisper white panel that is 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" in soft suede, the adhere to the inside.
Cut a piece of Woven threads DSP to 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" and wrap bakers twine around the long side three times and secure on the back. Add this to the card front and stick a doily down over the section where all the twine crosses.
Stamp the sentiment a cut out, I used 1 3/4" circle punch, which is now sadly retired, but most of you will have something in your stash to do it. Sponge the edges and add to the csntre of the doily with dimensionals.
Here's a list of all the supplies I used in today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store...
