How is it Monday again?? Well, it looks like the sun is coming out again, so that's all good!
Rub your embossing buddy over a piece of whisper white that measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8". Place the balloon and basket onto a block and ink up in versamark and cover the cardstock. Sprinkle embossing powder over the ink and make sure its all covered. Gently tap the back to remove any loose powder. Using your heat gun, melt all the powder, you will know when to stop when all the powder is now smooth and glossy. Pop this to one side to cool and set.
Whilst that is cooling, stamp the sentiment in pumpkin pie ink on a scrap of whisper white and trim, layer this onto a piece of night of navy carstock.
Bring back your emboss panel, and using sponges cover the piece with the three blue colours of ink. Start at the top with Balmy blue, and in circular motions apply the ink to the top third. Start off the card and move onto it, this will prevent any sharp ink patches, then bring in the pacific point and cover the next third... making sure you blend when the two colours meet to prevent sharp lines between the colours. Repeat for the last third with night of navy. Go back and apply more colour of needed. Gently wipe over the embossed areas with a cloth to remove any ink that may be lingering.
Add this panel to a cardbase made from pumpkin pie cardstock and them place the sentiment in the top right hand corner.
