Good Afternoon Everyone
Happy Sunday!! We have Share it on a Sunday projects for you today and we are all working on a Nature Theme.
I've chosen to use the Beauty of the Earth DSP along with the Boughs punch and a few other supplies to create this fun card today. I kind of felt like this theme really pushed me to create something that isn't really my usual style and do you know what, I love it!!

-------------------------------------------------------
Take the Merry Merlot card Stock and fold along the score line, adding the basic white to the inside.
Now to create all the smaller elements for the card.
- Cut out three vellum shapes from the Tailored Tag punch.
- Cut out a smooth and scalloped oval in Misty Moonlight Moonlight Stock with the double Oval punch and layer together.
- Using the scraps of Merry Merlot, Mossy Meadow and Beauty of the Earth DSP cut out a selection of shapes from the Boughs punch.
- on scrap basic white card Stock stamp the word Celebrate in Merry Merlot and fussy cut.
- stamp the Let's and You in Mossy meadow, trim and ink the edges. I hold my card on its edge above the ink pad and gently touched it to give a very thin line of colour around the edges.
- Trim up a couple of the tree line images and layer these to some Merry Merlot card Stock.
Now let's put the card together...
Take the three strips of DSP and add to the larger panel of DSP and then add this to the card front.
Add the tree strips to the card.
Now we need to create the cluster in the centre.I found it easier to do a mock up first to figure out my cluster before committing with glue, just so I got the positioning right.
Add the word Celebrate to the misty Moonlight ovals and hover that into the centre of the card. Keep using this as you build up your cluster, making sure all the 'ends' and glue come together so they will be hidden under this detail.
Place down your three piece of vellum, arranging then slightly fan like.
Add four piece of the larger leaves to get your lines.
Place the oval into the centre of this and adhere down with dimensionals.
Now fill in the space around the oval with the different leaves and foliage you punched out. I added a small amount of liquid glue to the base of the stem and then tucked it under the sentiment piece.
Once you are happy with all that, add the Let's and You above and below the word Celebrate.
I hope you enjoyed my card today, I would love to see your creations if you decided to try it.
