Playful Pets Cats Happy Birthday Card. #33sketches no31

 Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are well.

Today I have another sketch for you, no 31 in my #33sketches challenge. Now, I'm more of a dog person than a cat person, but I absolutely love how this card turned out. I have the perfect recipient for it

Here's the sketch layout I followed, from cardztv.blogspot.com, I have had to revise the measurements slightly as I work in International A4 cardstock

Measurements

Basic Black Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

1pc - 1 1/8" x 5 5/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - 3" x 2 1/2"

Flirty Flamingo Card Stock

1pc - 3 1/8" x 2 3/8"

Real Red Card Stock

1pc - 3/4" x 5 1/4"

Playful Pets DSP

2pc - 3 7/8" x 1 3/8"

1pc - 3 7/8" x 2 5/8"

1pc - 3/4" x 4 1/4"

Scraps - fussy cut cats

Create you card base by folding the Basic Black card stock along the score line, adding the largest piece of basic white to the inside. 

Add the 2pc of 3 7/8" x 1 3/8 and the piece of 3 7/8" x 2 5/8" to the card front, making sure you make the borders around all edges even.

Adhere down the three strips you have as per the sketch.

Stamp the sentiment towards the top of the remaining Basic White card stock and layer this to the flirty flamingo card stock. Add this to the card front.

Now add the three fussy cut cats with dimenisonals.
