Good Evening Everyone
Today I'm hopping again, this time with the fabulous Stamping with Friends Group and our theme is New Colours - so our task is to create a project using some of the new In Colours, new Core Colours or a mix of Both.
I will be honest - I haven't ordered all of the new colours yet, but I had a nice selection to choose from and I thought this mix was perfect to use with the Enchanted Butterfly Stamp Set.
This stamp set is so clever - it's a reversible set, so each piece is essentially two stamps in one. You get a detailed image and on the other side is flat and solid - it's genius!

---------------------------------------------
Take the Berry Burst Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base, adding one of the Basic White pieces to the inside.
Next, create a fun background on the remaining piece of Basic White. I inked up the detailed side first and stamped in 1st generation, cleaned my stamp and then turned it around and inked up the solid side and stamped in 2nd generation (stamped off first for a lighter shade).
Flowers - Berry Burst
Leaves - Lost Lagoon
Diamond Detail - Pecan Pie
Add this panel to the card front.
On a scrap of Basic White, stamp the sentiment in Pecan Pie ink and cut our using the Lasting Label punch. Also cut out two label shapes in the Lost Lagoon scraps. Cut the Lost Lagoon label like the image below, keep the 'triangle' type shape from the bottom.
Take the Lost Lagoon triangles and glue to the back of the White stamped label so you have a nice even border top and bottom. Place this on the card front with dimensionals
Stamp the butterfly using the same method as the earlier stamping, using Azure Afternoon ink and fussy cut. Pop this on dimensionals and add just above the sentiment.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today - please take a look at the list below and continue through the hop to get lots more inspiration using our brand new colours.
