Sending Healing Thoughts with Brushed Bouquet. Creative Colour Challenges - #CCC72

Today I'm sharing a card I made for this week's Creative Colour Challenges. This mix is just gorgeous I love to soft sweet tones and I've teamed them up a new stamp set from the Mini called Brushed Bouquet along with annual catalgoue favourites -  the Inspired Thoughts Stamp set and Lovely Linen DSP! What do you think?

Measurements

Night of Navy Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"

Take the Night of Navy Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base.

Add the larger piece of Basic White to the inside and the DSP panel to the card front.

Ink up the stem and leaf image from Brushed Bouquet and approx 1 1/4" up from the bottom stamp in Soft Sea Foam. Place a full stamp into the centre, then fill in either side.

On the 1" strip of Soft Sea Foam stamp the sentiment into the centre in Night of Navy ink and then add this below the stamping to kind of 'ground' the greenery.

Add this panel to the centre of the card front.

Now stamp a selection of flower. I stamped one large, two medium and six small ones Using 1st and 2nd Generation stamping (stamping off once) to give two tones of the Fresh Freesia. Fussy cut or use the coordinating dies and then add these with dimensionals to the stems.

I thought this was a lovely card to send to a friend, and it works well with these colours - but you could easily use this layout, change the colours and the sentiments and get a whole host of different looks.
