Good Morning Everyone,
Today we have the Stampin Birds Showcase Blog Hop - I'm so excited!! We haven't got a specific theme, we are just showing you something we have made with amazing Stampin Up Products.
We have weekly challenges within the team, and this week we are making Gift Bags - So I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and produce a gift bag for this hop!
Measurements
In Good Taste DSP
1pc - 12" x 6"
Basic White Card Stock
1pc - scrap
Cinnamon Cider Card Stock
1pc - scrap
Take the In Good Taste DSP and score as follows:-
Long side
Full Scores - 1 1/2", 5 3/4", 7 1/4" & 11 3/4"
Part Score to approx 3" down - 3/4" & 6 1/2"
Short side
Full Score - 4 1/2"
Fold and burnish your score lines well and then cut up the shorter score line to create square tabs and take away the small skinny rectangle and the bottom right
Add tear and tape to the thin tab and then fold this around and adhere to the opposite side. At the bottom, fold in the sides, the back and then adhere the front panel down
Pinch in the top of the bag, the part score lines will help the bag close neatly and evenly. Take a hole punch tool and add two holes about 1 1/2" down from the top. Thread through some Cinnamon Cider ribbon and tie in a bow at the front.
On a scrap of Basic White stamp the sentiment in night of navy ink and cut out using the tailored tag punch. Also cut a shape from Cinnamon cider, cut this in half and adhere to the back of the white shape, making sure that the cinnamon cider piece shows behind evenly. Add this to the bag with dimensionals.
