Gorgeous Posies Triple Step Stamping Get Well Soon Card

 Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are all well. It's Thursday, so nearly the weekend! Dave is off work until Tuesday so I'm looking forward to doing some family stuffs!

Today I have decided to visit a fun technique that I absolutely love. Triple step stamping give you a great effect, and it's pretty simple to do.

Measurements

Real Red Cardstock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

1pc - 3 1/8" x 4 3/4"

1pc - 2 1/8" x 3 3/4"

Whisper White Cardstock

2pc - 3 7/8" x 4 1/2"

1pc - 2 7/8" x 4 1/2"

1pc - 1 7/8" x 3 1/2"

scrap to make a mask

Take the largest piece of Real Red cardstock and fold along the score line to create the card base, add one of the larger pieces of whisper white to the inside.

Now, layer up the remaining three pieces of whisper white on top of each other, making sure you have equal borders all the way round each of them. Use some low tack or removable adhesive to hold them in place.

Ink up the sentiment in Real Red ink and stamp in the centre. Now using poppy parade ink, add flowers to the cardstock, making sure that you cover all three layers. Don't worry about the uninked bits close to the joins, the cardstock layers will cover it. Stamp one of these flowers onto a piece of scrap and fussy cut out. Use this to mask off the flowers and then stamp the leaves in Pear Pizzazz - using a mask means you can easily get the leaves close to flower without stamping over the flower. Now, using real red ink, stamp the small circle cluster into the centre of each flower.

Remove the layers carefully, and make sure you keep then the right way - otherwise you will struggle to line it all back up.

Add a piece of real red cardstock behind each of the stamped panels, then add the whole piece to the card front. I found that the liquid glue was really useful here as you got a few seconds to make sure everything was lined up correct.

It's a pretty simple card really, once you have all your layers cut it really does take no time at all.
