Beautiful Bouquet Kindness Quote Home Decor Frame using Stampin Up Supplies

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are well, We have hit the halfway mark, How's you week been? I have been super busy with my full time job and then my crafty business. But I have managed to get into the craft room and create something for my favourite weekly challenge  Stampin for All Design Team Challenge, and what an awesome challenge it is this week.... To create a Home Décor frame. Definitely something to push me out of my comfort zone. Here's the frame I created....

I took a white washed frame which measured 7x7 inches that I had picked up locally for a few quid. I felt the white was a bit too stark, so I took a cloth and rubbed a little ink over it to distress slightly. Then I took the flourish from Timeless Textures and stamped it all around the frame edge. I stamped off the Sahara Sand a couple of time to keep it soft. I made sure it was all super dry by using my heat gun.

Taking a load of whisper white scraps I stamped a whole load of flowers from the beautiful Bouquet stamp set and crated a few in different colours.

I brought in my bigshot and the magnetic platform and cut out all the flowers and also cut some leaves from gold foil and old olive cardstock. This took a little time to do, but it's worth the effort.

Using thick whisper white cardstock, I cut to fit the inset of my frame and stamped the Kindness quote from the Enjoy Life stamp set.

I added dimensionals to the back of all the flowers and placed them onto the card covering the white space, I also added the leaves with a dot of liquid glue and tucked them behind the flower, bending slightly to create lift.

Lastly, I added some pearl jewels to add some extra texture. Put the frame together as per the instructions and it's finished.

Red & Navy So Eclectic Birthday Card using Stampin Up Supplies

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all survived Monday!! I did - Just. hahaha.

Today I have a card that came about completely by accident... I had made two cards earlier for an order and had a few bits left over, so pulling those together and adding some more I managed to create this and I was actually surprised how well it came out!!

The floral image from Oh So Eclectic in real red all over the card front of the same colour, them stamp three times on whisper white. Stamp the leave image three times on a scrap of whisper white and fussy cut them all out.

Bring in you big shot and cut two ovals, the largest in night of navy and the next one down in whisper white. Take the Happy and Birthday words from Tabs for everything and stamp towards the top of the white oval. Adhere this to the larger oval and stick on to the card with snail.

Arrange your flowers and leave to fill the bottom of the oval and adhere in place with dimensionals.

Add a bow made with the beautiful gingham ribbon and add some rhinestones.

Mini Doggy Thank you Card Using Stampin Up Supplies

Good Morning everyone,

It's Monday and the start of a brand new week... here's to a good one!!

Today's card was my entry into a card challenge last week. The challenge was over on cotswoldcrafter.blogspot.co.uk, which is run by Sandra. She is an amazing crafter and has a great blog, which has daily posts and it's more of a community of like minded crafters.

Every Monday Sandra posts a challenge, which anybody can enter and she does a blog post each Saturday to showcase all the entries.

This week's theme was Animals... So I searched and searched my stamp collection and I could not find any animals... I thought I was going to have to miss this one out... until I took a look at the Bike Ride Stamp set where the cute little doggy comes from.

I made a 4 x4" card base and layered the gold foil sheet on top.

Using my big shot I cut of some squares from night of navy, whisper white and pumpkin pie. Stamp the thank you sentiment in Memento and colour in the drops using a marker then arrange them onto the card base.

On some scrap whisper white stamp out the dog outline image in Soft Suede, then stamp the rest of the body in Crumb cake, add the neckerchief in Pumpkin Pie and add to the Pumpkin pie square using dimensionals.

Super quick and easy. I'm pretty chuffed with the results, and I'm so glad I stumbled across this dog image, he's so cute!!

BlueBerry Bushel Rose Thank You Card using Stampin Up Supplies

Hello Everyone,

Happy Sunday, and Happy Fathers Day to all those Dads out there, I hope they are getting spoilt rotten - as they surely deserve. I am heading up to my sister for a Cornish themed tea party this afternoon for My Dad, who is awesome and my sister's Boyfriend, who is a great dad to my niece and nephew. I can't wait I love our family get togethers. But before I dash off I wanted to show you todays Card.

I needed a thank you card, something that conveyed how thankful I was to a certain person. I often overlook the flourishing phrase stamp set.. but it had the perfect sentiment for this card. Now you may be surprised that the roses come from Icing on the Cake stamp set, which I used earlier in the week.

This stamp set just goes to show how versatile Stampin Up sets can be.... although this is called Icing on the Cake and has a lot of images that replicate piping and icing, no one would be non the wiser when they see these beautiful roses .

I covered the whisper white card base with the roses. These are a two step stamp, so taking the solid image, I stamped off the Blueberry bushel in twice and the filled in the details with normal coverage. I did the same with the leaves using call me clover. On a piece of scrap I also stamped some extra images and fussy cut these out.

The square from the stitched shapes framelits created a panel for the sentiment - which was popped up onto dimensionals and added to the card base. The fussy cut roses and leaves are clustered towards a corner of the panel and that's it. Quick, easy and beautiful - I hope you agree.

Here's a list of the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store....
