Good Morning Everyone,

So it's Hump day, what's everyone got planned?? Imogen is out with Grandma for a few hours so I'm hoping to get into the craft room, but we will see!!

Today I have a super quick card, which doesn't have too many supplies and the sentiment could be switched up for any occassion.

Take a piece of whisper white that measures 4 1/8" x 11 3/4" and score and fold at 5 7/8" to create your card base. Add a layer of follow your art DSP, I chose the crushed curry stripes. This should measure 5 5/8" x 3 7/8".

Using your flourish die from the tasteful background dies and centre it on a piece of whisper white that is 3" square. Place this over a 3 1/4" of coastal cabana cardstock that you covered with wink of stella and add to the card.

Finally stamp the sentiment in coastal cabana ink and layer up on DSP. Then coastal cabana cardstock. That has a covering of wink of stella as well, then position below the flourish.

Strong and Beautiful Like a diamond Greeting Card

Good Morning Everyone,

Sorry I have been absent for a while, I have had a lot going on at home and honestly my mojo went on holiday and has only just returned!!

Today I have a card for the colour challenge over on Stampin for All. We were given Blushing Bride, Gray Granite and Basic Gray which I think is an awesome colour combo.

Run your doily die through your die cutting machine to create a mask.

Take a piece of blushing bride card stock that measures 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", score at 4 1/8" to create your card base.

Lay the doily onto the card front and sponge around it and over it. This will lay ink in the negative space and create your image. Do this over the whole card front.

Repeat the above process with a piece of gray granite that measures 1 3/4" x 4 1/8" with the same colour ink. On this strip stamp the sentiment in basic gray and layer this onto a piece of  basic gray card stock that is 2" x 4 1/8".

Pop rhinestones in the centre  of all the blushing bride doily images and you are done!!! Very very simple to create!!

Woven Threads Thanks for always being there card

Good Morning,

Each week I take part in quite a few challenge from all over the place, as you have probably guessed. It's my main source of inspiration. Having a small baby takes up most of my time now, so when I do get to craft I need to be focused and not dawdle around trying to pull things together from scratch.

This card was made for Smith's Crafty Creations Crafty Club on Facebook. Each week Tricia uploads a sketch for everyone to follow.

Take a piece of DSP that measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8", then cut into four pieces on the diagonal. Adhere these down to a whisper white card base.

Run the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies through your die cutting machine and then create a corner on the circle by trimming two sides. Add this to the top left hand corner.

Ink up you sentiment using the Terracotta tile Stampin write marker, make sure you carefully use the side of the marker as to not damage the tip. Breath gently over the inked image to add a little moisture thwn stamp onto a piece of whisper white. Trim down and layer onto some more contrasting DSP. Place this on the card with dimensionals.

Finally, using some of the silver metallic edge ribbon and your seaside spray Stampin write marker and colour the white part of the ribbon. Once dry, tie in a bow and add to the card.

Tasteful Textures Good Things are sure to happen greeting card

Good afternoon  Everyone,

Hope you are alright. It's very miserable today here in Huddersfield. Luckily we have plenty to keep the little one occupied inside as I really don't want to venture out in this weather!

Hopefully my card for today will brighten things up a bit. It was made for the colour challenge over on Stampin for All. Every Wednesday we are given some colours to create a card with. Here's my card for the challenge....

Create a card base from a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock that measures 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" scored at 4 1/8". Add a panel of whisper white to the inside, so there's somewhere write a message.

Take a piece of whisper white that measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" and place the die in one corner and run trough your die cutting machine. Run this piece through again, but this time pop the die in the opposite corner. As below

Add the sentiments to the card, I used a few from the set to make up my message.

Cut a piece of Granny apple green cardstock so that it is large enough to cover the one die cut section and do the same with a piece of calypso coral cardstock. Flip the whisper white over and add glue to the back, making sure tou add some to the section in between the cut areas so that they can be secured down. Pop the coloured cardstock over the top, then add this panel to the card front.

Finally, colour in some large rhinestones with your crumb cake blend and add to the card.

Dashing Deer Happiest of Christmas Wishes Card

Good Afternoon Everyone,

How are you all?? Now some people say its far too early to mention the 'C' word, but I create for Christmas all year round. I hate having to buy a card and would rather fold a piece of copier paper in half and write on it rather than spend my money. I am a papercrafter and that's what I do. But it's like with anything, you think you have plenty of time and then all of a sudden you have a ton to make in a short amount of time!! I used to be a last minute christmas card maker, which sometimes meant late nights trying to get the cards made in super quick time. They always got made but I did feel thag maybe the design got comprised due to time restraints.

Not anymore!!! I'm part of a group on Facebook called The Perpetual Christmas Card Club. Each week there's a new theme to try, and previous themes are logged in albums so you can shuffle through those for inspiration or just post up a card you made. It's a great community, with lovely folk who are about to jeer you on!!

Using smoky slate ink, stamp a small deer all over a piece of smoky slate cardstock that measures 5 3/4" x 5 3/4". Add this to a  cardbase, created from a peice of 12" x 6" whisper white cardstock, scored at 6".

Take three strips of cardstock,  I used Poppy Parade, Garden Green & Shaded Spruce from my scrap bin. Trim these so that they are all different lengths, then cut banner tails into them all. Adhere these down so that two are flat, and one sits over both of them.

On a scrap if whisper white, stamp the large decorative deer in crumb cake and the sentiment in early espresso and adhere this over the banners towards the left.

Finally I used a bit of retired trim to create a bow.
