Beautiful Berry Burst Celebrate Your Day Card - Using Stampin Up Products

I had a day off today waiting for some deliveries, so I have put my time to good use and caught up on some TV and housework but most importantly I made time to craft.

Taking the fresh florals designer series pack, I randomly pulled out a sheet and decided to work around that for this project.

How did I do it? Here's how:-

Make a card base from whisper white cardstock, cut at 8" x 6", scored at 4". Take your Berry Burst ink and sponge the edges of the front. Cut a piece of the DSP to 5 3/4" x 3 3/4" and layer onto your card base.

Taking a piece of Berry Burst cardstock cut to 2"x 5" a slide into the scallop tag topper punch. Stamp the star shaped flower cluster from Orange Blossoms stamp set all over the tag with Berry Burst ink.

Feed through a small length of powder pink woven ribbon and secure with glue dots. Make a small bow from whisper white solid bakers twine and adhere to the ribbon, again using a glue dot. Using snail adhesive, attach this to the from to your card.

Bring out your big shot and cut two squares from the stitched shapes framelits. I used the smallest on to cut a piece of whisper white and the next one up to cut out a piece of Powder Pink card stock.
The sentiment comes from the Bunch of blossoms stamp set, stamped on the square to create a diamond, layer this onto the powder pink die cut with dimensionals and the adhere this to the tag on the card.

Cookie Cutter Santa Claus Christmas Card Using Stampin Up Products

I have spend numerous hours making Christmas cards for orders and challenges, but today I sat down to create my personal Christmas Cards and this is one of them for this year. Very easy to create and easy to batch make. I know I used this stamp set early last week - but I cant seem to put it down. This set is so perfect for a variety of Christmas projects.

How did I do it? Here's how:-

Make a card base from Whisper White cardstock that measures 8" x 6" scored at 4". Using the Santa image from the Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set, cover the whole front with the outlined image in black archival ink, whilst the stamp is mounted take a piece of scrap and stamp one image. I used my watercolour pencils and a blender pen to colour in the images, but you could use markers or blends - whichever colouring method you would prefer.

Cut a piece of whisper white cardstock to 3" x 3 1/4" and a piece of old olive cardstock and layer. Taking the Merry Christmas from Teeny Tiny Sentiments and stamp in old olive towards the bottom of the panel you have just created and adhere this centrally to the front of the card.

Take the Santa from the scrap piece of the and punch out using the Cookie Cutter Punch, place this above the sentiment using dimensionals.

Cute Cookie Cutter Christmas Candle Decorations - Stampin Up

We are getting into the Christmas spirit in our household this week. The house has been cleaned thoroughly and the Christmas decorations have made their way out of storage all ready to put up this weekend. I love Christmas and cannot wait to start feeling 'Christmassy'.

So today I thought I would make a slightly different project than normal to display when I get out the tree. These are adorable and cute and are super quick and easy - Win Win!

How did I do it? Here's how:-

I purchased a pack of four 2" tall cream candles very inexpensively from a shop locally. I am pretty sure you will be able to pick these up anywhere!

Taking some DSP, I used Be Merry Designer Series Paper, cut a 1 1/2" x 6" and carefully wrap around the candle and secure with fast fuse. Make sure that it is tight enough to stay around the candle, but loose enough to 'wiggle off' when ready to light.

Next take black archival ink and the cookie cutter Christmas stamp set and stamp out a Reindeer a Santa and an Eskimo onto whisper white cardstock. Using the soft suede ink pad, stamp out a gingerbread man. The cookie cutter builder punch will cut out these shapes perfectly.

Taking any colouring tools, I used the Stampin Write markers and Watercolour pencils, colour in the images you have just stamped. Taking dimensionals adhere these to the front of your candle.

I added a couple of basic rhinestones to the gingerbread mans body, which I had coloured with a red sharpie as I thought he looked a little plain on his own.

Wood textures Masculine Happy Birthday Card Using Stampin Up Products

If you follow my blog, a few days ago I set myself on a mission to create more cards using my designer series paper. Todays project is a particular favourite.!! This designer series pack lends itself well to making masculine cards, so here it is..

How did I do it? Here's how:-

Firstly make your card base from a piece of whisper white cut at 6"x8" scored at 4". Cut a piece of Soft Suede at 5 3/4" x 3 3/4" and a piece of the wood texture DSP to 5 1/4" x 3 1/4" and layer up using snail adhesive.

Take some Jute twine and wrap it around the card towards what will be the left hand side. Adhere this panel to your card using dimensionals.

Take a piece of scrap Whisper White cardstock and a Happy birthday sentiment, I chose one from the Feather Together stamp set. This is a long stamp with the words side by side, but I needed the wording stacked so I inked up the 'Happy' in Soft Suede and stamped it, cleaned my stamp and then only inked the 'Birthday' and stamped this directly underneath. But You can use any happy birthday sentiment you have.

Then you need to use the Everyday label punch to punch out the sentiment and one out of a scrap of soft suede cardstock. Sponge the edges of the sentiment and cut the soft suede label in half. offset each of the soft suede pieces to elongate your label. Adhere this over the crossing of the twine. Take three clear faceted gems and place in the right hand corner.
