Bottled Happiness meets Hues of Happiness Sending a message Greeting Card. Crazy Challenge Insta Hop November 2022

 Good Evening Everyone

Every Month I try to take part in the Crazy Challenge Insta Hop. Using a wheel of Names all our Stampin Up DSP is added to one, and Stamp sets to another - then with a spin of each the Combination is set. We use random the DSP and Stamp Set to create a project which we all share at the same time on Instagram.

This is a great challenge to really get your creativity working, some of the combo's are quite 'crazy'. However, this month's combination works really well together.

Measurements

Starry Sky Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - scrap

Balmy Blue Card Stock

1pc - scrap

Hues of Happiness DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

3pc - 5 5/8" x 1 1/2" approx

1pc - scrap strip for the sentiment

1pc - 1/4" x 5 5/8"

-----------------------------------

Take the Starry Sky card stock and fold along the score line to create you card base.

Add the thin 1/4" wide strip of DSP to the right hand side of the basic white card stock and then add to the inside of the card.

Carefully and gently rip down the right hand side of two of the 1 1/2" strips, then arrange these either side if the straight edged strip on the larger piece of DSP towards the left. Trim off any overhanging pieces so everything sits flush on all of the edges.

Stamp the sentiment towards the right on a strip of scrap DSP in Starry Sky ink. Hold this strip vertically and gently tap into the Starry Sky ink pad, so that you are adding ink from the edge of the paper - you will get a small bleed onto the paper. Do this both on the top and bottom edges.

Add this strip across the DSP panel about 1/4 of the way up.

Place this full panel onto the card front.

On a scrap of Basic White stamp the flower image. This is a two step stamp - meaning you have two stamps which you stamp directly on top of each other to create a full image. I used Melon Mambo for the flowers and granny apple green for the leaves. Fussy Cut leaving a nice even white border around the edge.

Ink up the bottle image in Starry Sky ink and stamp onto a scrap of Balmy Blue card stock - cut out using the Vintage Bottle punch.

Add both the bottle and the flowers to the card front using dimensionals

Here's a list of supplies I used in today's project, click on the images to head over to my online store Product List
