Sweet Symmetry Double Z Fold Thank You Card. Ink Stamp Share December 2021 Showcase Blog Hop

Good Afternoon Everyone

I'm blog hopping with the fabulous Ink Stamp Share Ladies today and it's the Showcase hop, so you are going to see a huge variety of different projects as we don't have a set theme.

I've made a Double Z Fold Card decorated with the stunning In Symmetry Suite. I've made this type of fold lots of times, and it always amazes me how different each one looks because of the DSP and finishing. This particular paper pack is pretty bold and makes a fabulous background for my floral cluster and sentiment.

Measurements

Bumble Bee Card Stock

1pc - 11" x 4 1/4", scored at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"

1pc - 10" x 2 3/4", scored at 4 3/4" & 7 1/2"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 1/4" x 4"

1pc - 5 1/4" x 4"

2pc - 2 1/2" x 4"

1pc - 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"

1pc - 4 1/2" x 2 1/2"

1pc - 2 1/4" x 2 1/2"

Fold and burnish both pieces of Bumblebee card stock, making sure you create a Z shape ( fold in half and then back on itself).

Now add all the DSP and white card to the bases. Put the basic white onto the back of the card, and then you will find that all the rest just fit in one place so it's pretty easy to find their homes.

Adhere the smaller z fold to the larger one, the larger piece has the bigger back panel to the right, the smaller piece leads with the larger panel. Add liquid glue to the back of the smallest panel on the small z fold piece and adhere to the centre of the larger back panel.

Now, fold all the pieces down, don't worry some to the edges will overlap - then add adhesive to the front piece of the smaller z, making sure you only add adhesive to the section that will be stuck to the other piece, otherwise you will just make a mess and stick it all closed!!

Stamp a selection of the Flowers and leaves, fussy cut and arrange in a cluster on the front panel. Add the sentiment to the centre,which has been cut using the scallop punch. I also added a bit of Bumblebee ink to the edges.

Snowman Season Merry Christmas Reverse Easel Greeting Card. Stamp n Hop December 2021 Blog hop

Good Evening Everyone

I'm hopping along with the Stamp n Hop ladies tonight and we have the Christmas theme for our final hop of 2021.

I wanted to try out the Reverse Easel Fold for a long time but I always thought it was going to be super tricky and complicated - It's not at all - if I can do it ANYONE can do it! haha, plus I need to say a massive thanks to Karen Egan of Crafty Karen Designs who inspired me to create this, and I also used her measurements as a starting point - which helped so much!

Measurements

Basic Black Card Stock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 10"

1pc - 3 3/4" x 1 1/2"

1pc - 4 1/2" x 3"

Basic Gray Card Stock

1pc - 4 3/4" x 5 5/8"

1pc - 4 1/4" x 2 3/4"

1pc - 1 1/4" x 3 1/2"

4pc - 2 1/4" x 5 5/8"

Peaceful Place DSP

1pc - 5 3/8" x 4 1/2"

3pc - 2" x 5 3/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 1" x 3 1/4"

1pc - 2 1/2" x 4"

1pc - 2" x 5 3/8"

On the long side, score the basic black card stock at 2 1/2" and 5" and fold and burnish as though you are making a Z Fold card to create your card base.

Take all the DSP and adhere to the relevant sized basic gray mat. Also add the 2" x 5 3 /8" of Basic white to a matching mat.

Add the largest panel to the card base, then two identical DSP panels above.

On the reverse of these sections add a DSP panel to the top and the basic white panel below so there is somewhere to write a message.

On the last piece of basic white, stamp the snowman and the sentiment in memento. Once dry colour the snowman in with some Stampin Blends and layer to the remaining basic gray and basic black card.

Stamp the sentiment onto the smallest piece of basic white, then layer to the Basic Gray and Basic Black mats.

Add the sentiment to the card base centrally about 1/2" away from the edge of the card with dimensionals. this will give height to tuck the snowman panel behind and keep the card upright.

Pop some dimensionals onto the top third of the snowman panel and adhere to the top panel of the card, again making sure it is centered with the sentiment and the card base.

Super Cute Snowman Seasons Gift Tags. Stampin Dreams blog hop December 2021

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I'm taking part in the final Stampin Dreams hop of the year and we are celebrating Christmas. I decide to share with you some gift tags I have been making to add to my gifts. They are super cute and super quick... perfect combination in my book! Haha

Measurements (per tag)

Pacific Point Card Stock

1pc- 3" x 3"

Basic White Card Stock

2pc - 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"

On one piece of basic white card Stock stamp the snowman image towards the lower right and the sentiment into the top left, both in memento. Once the ink is dry, add a bit of colour with your blends.

Add this panel to the centre of the Pacific point card Stock.

Stamp the to and from words on the other piece of basic white and add to the back.

Punch a hole in the top right corner, thread through some white bakers twine and tie in a loop.

Told you they were super quick. You could easily change these to match you wrapping by using a different coloured card stock mat, or introducing the colour in the sentiment.

Shaded Summer Happy Birthday Card. Creative Colour Challenges #CCC14

Good Morning Everyone

Hope you are all well!

It's Monday, so that means we have a brand new colour combk over on Creative Colour Challenges.

I like this week's combo, but I don't think I have automatically thought of putting these together.

Measurements

Sahara Sand Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

1pc - 4" x 2 3/8"

Mossy Meadow Card Stock

1pc - 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - 2 1/4" x 3 7/8"

Scraps

Take the Sahara Sand card Stock and Fold along the score line. Add the larger piece of basic white to the inside.

Ink up the small foliage detail stamp jn Mossy Meadow ink and cover the Mossy Meadow card stock. Add this to the card front.

Stamp the full flower image in mossy meadow towards the top of the remaoning piece of basic white, and add the sentiment. Layer this to the sahara samd and adhere to the centre of the card front.

On a scrap of basic white, stamp the same flower image but in Flirty Flamingo this time. Fussy cut out all the flower heads and then carefully add then over the mossy meadow image on the card front.

Sweets & Treat Christmas Pudding Merry Christmas Card. Stampin for Christmas Blog Hop

Good Afternoon Everyone

I'm blog hopping with the wonderful Stampin' for Christmas ladies today. My Christmas crafting has been in full swing for a while, but no matter how early I seem to start - I check my list and seem to be a bit short for some reason. So I wanted to show you this card I've made which is super quick and simple and I've batch made a whole bunch of them to add to my Christmas Card Pile.

Measurements

Basic Black Card Stock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1.4", scored at 4 1/8"

Basic White Card Stock

2pc - 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"

Take the Basic Black Card stock and fold along the score line, adding one of the basic white piece to the inside

On the other piece of basic white, stamp the Christmas Pudding image from Sweets & Treats, and the sentiment from Snowman Seasons in memento ink.

Once dry colour in with a selection of Stampin Blends. Wrap some ribbon round the card beneath the and secure at the back.

Add this to the card front and it really is as simple as that! You can easily switch up the colours and add some more, but this really is lovely as it is.
