Bauble Blooms Merry Christmas Card. We Fall in Colours Blog Hop -December 2025

 Good Evening Everyone,

I hope you are all well? Today I'm taking part in the We Fall in Colours Blog Hop. This month we have Crumb Cake, Blueberry Bushel and Pool Party to work with. I love this combination, and decided to create a lovely Christmas Card with the Bauble Blooms bundle as my focus.

Blueberry Bushel Card Stock

1pc - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8", scored at 4 1/8"

Take the Blueberry Bushel card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base - adding the Basic White piece to the inside.

Bring in your Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine and run the the scrap of Crumb cake through using the border die piece from Beautiful motifs die set. Then run the two frames back through in the geometric pattern embossing folder. 

Lightly add some crumb cake ink to the frames to help deepen the effect of the frames.

Add the frames to to card front. I placed the larger one first, then added the smaller one inside, but I made sure that the heavier embossing details were opposite on each frame - just to add a little more interest.

Now head back to the Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine -  take the scraps of Pool Party and cut out two Baubles, and then cut two of the Bauble Clips in Blueberry Bushel.

Ink up the leaf image in Pool Party and stamp onto the baubles, then ink up the floral outline image ad stamp this on the bauble as well. These stamps are fabulous, and you stamp in the same place, over the top of each other - but each stamp has the detail in a different place, so you build a full image over three stamps ( I haven't used the solid in fill stamp to colour int he flowers on this project).

Using a little liquid glue, stick on the clips to the top of the baubles and arrange both onto the card front. I stuck the one on the left flat, and then added dimensionals to the one on the right.

Stamp the words Merry & Christmas onto scraps of Crumb Cake Card Stock using Blueberry Bushel ink the cut out using the Banner Sayings Punch. Gently add a little ink to the edges and then place on the card front with dimensionals.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today and will give the card a go - I adore it in this colour way but I think it would look just as good in some many more!
