Delightfully Eclectic Biggest Wish Hello Greeting Card. Inspire.Create.Challenges #143

 Good Morning Everyone

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are well, it's glorious again here in the UK - Doesn't the Sunshine just automatically put you in the best of moods!

As you may be aware, I've struggled with my Mojo and getting a decent amount of craft time recently - the balance has been off, but I'm slowly getting back into it. One way I have found that's really helped me to focus and inspire some design ideas is to take part in some challenges. As you know I run a colour challenge myself but over the next few weeks at least, you will start to see a lot more projects from me for many other challenges that are out there - Hopefully I will be able to keep it up and getting that Mojo up and running at full capacity again! who knows!

Today I'm taking part in Inspire.Create.Challenges #143. These challenges run for two week's at a time and the themes vary! This week is a sketch challenge, which I thought was very simple with lots of possibilities.

I've used the Delightfully Eclectic DSP pack - it's a bumper back of 48 12x12" papers which cover all sorts of themes so It's a great pack to have on hand as you are sure to find a design perfect for many projects.

Measurements

Night of Navy Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

1pc - scrap

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Fresh Freesia Card Stock

3pc - 1 3/4" x 1 3/4"

Delightfully Eclectic DSP

3pc - 1 5/8" x 1 5/8"

3pc - Fussy Cut Flowers

----------------------------------------------

Take the Night of Navy Card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the Basic White piece to the inside.

Layer up the three pieces of DSP to the Fresh Freesia card stock and adhere these to the card, evenly spaced and to the left hand side.

Pop a fussy cut flower into the centre of each square sticking down with a dimensional.

Ink up the sentiment in versamark ink and stamp onto a scrap of Night of Navy card stock. Sprinkle with White embossing powder, gently tap off the excess powder and then set with your heat tool. Once cooled, fussy cut, leaving a nice even border.

Add this to the bottom right hand side of the card front with dimensional.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today - and can see that a simple sketch and a small amount of supplies can really make a huge impact and a very pretty card.
