Red Roses Happy Birthday Card

Good morning Afternoon,

I have been verey lucky today, I have managed to spend most of the day on my craft room, so I have made a ton of projects just waiting to be shared!!

Here's my card for today - I used the icing on the cake stamp set, which has these beautiful two step stamp flowers and leaves which give so much depth.

Measurements:

Basic Black Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4, scored at 5 7/8"
1pc - 1 1/4" x 2 3/8"

Whisper White Cardstock
2pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 1 1/8" x  2 1/2"

Fold the basic black cardstock along to score line to create a card base and add a large whisper white panel to the inside.

On the other large panel, stamp the flowers and leaves. As mentioned this is a two step stamp, so you have a solid image and a more detailed image. I stamped with the solid image first in poppy parade, then lined up the detailed stamp in lovely lipstick and stamped directly in top of the solid image. I stamped the whole of the cardstock to create a lovely background. add this to the card front.

I applied the same process to the leaves. I stamped of pear pizzazz first for the solid image and for the detail, I used the ink loaded straight from the pad. Stamp some flowers and leaves onto scrap and them fussy cut.

Stamp the happy Birthday onto the remaining whisper white and layer onto the basic black, and add to the card front. Pop the fussy cut flowers and leaves up onto mini dimensionals and clusters around the sentiment.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store.
