Botanical Butterfly Thank You Card

Good Morning Everyone,

It's Friday, and what a lovely Friday it is - I'm looking out of the window here in my craft room and the sun is shining, not a cloud in the bright blue sky and it's only 8am!!

My Card for today uses the FREE botanical Butterfly DSP which is available as a Sale a Bration item you can choose if you spend £45. Now if you are interested in getting your hands on this paper stack - you only have until Sunday 31st to get it.

Create a card base from a piece of Basic Black that measures 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8". Fold and burnish and add a panel of whisper white to the inside of the card that measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8".

Colour in a piece of the Botanical Butterfly DSP  that is 5 7/8" x 3 1/2" with your blends, or any other colouring tools you have to hand. I prefer the blends as they give a bold finish.

Cut the coloured panel to get three strips, cut so you get a 1", 2 1/2" & 1" strip. make sure you cut them in that order otherwise the pattern will not follow on correctly. Adhere these to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from Daisy delight onto whisper white, then layer onto basic black and add to the centre of the card.

Using  your blends colour in a few rhinestones, then once dry, add to some of the blank space between the butterflies.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on items below to head to my online store.

Petal Promanade Pizza Box and Mini Notecards

Good Afternoon,

I hope you are all well, today the sunshine is really cracking the flags, so I'm not hanging around too long as I want to get out in the garden and catch some rays!!

So today I have this cute 3"x 3" notecard set and pizza style gift box and would be fab to give as a gift. The paper pretty much does all the work for you so minimal supplies and minimal effort gets you great results.

What's great about these pizza boxes is that Stampin Up have done the hard work for you and you can buy pre cut and pre scored pizza boxes - all you have to do is build them up!!

Measurements:-

Pizza Box
DSP 1pc - 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
        4pc - 3/4" x 3 1/4"

Notecards
Whisper White 4pc - 3" x 6", scored at 3"

DSP 4pc 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"

Plus Scraps of Whisper White & Early Espresso for the sentiments.

So, first of all, fold along all the score lines on the pizza box and fold together to create the 3d pizza box shape. Add all the pieces of DSP to the top and all four sides. You will see that there's a notch out of the front of the pizza box, just use your 1/2 circle punch on one of the thin strips to recreate that so it sits nicely on the box.

Stamp the sentiment and add it to the corner of the box, offset on top of a piece of early espresso cardstock. Pop on a few pearls to add a bit of interest.

To make the notecards, fold and burnish the large pieces of whisper white. Add the panels of DSP.  On some scraps of whisper white stamp the sentiments and sponge the edges. place these onto the cards, then pop them into the pizza box with the envelopes and your gifts are ready to go.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store.... Don't forget that both the pizza boxes and Petal Promenade DSP are available as Sale a Bration FREEBIES, so make sure you order correctly.

Lovely Lattice Thinking of You Easel Card

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are all well.

Today's card is a has this gorgeous floral lattice image and a simple sentiment to show the recipient that you are there for them.

Measurements:-

Crumb Cake Cardstock
1pc - 11 x 4"
1pc - 5 1/2" x 4"
1p - 2" x 3 3/4"

Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stacks
1pc - 5 1/4" x 3 3/4"
1pc - 3 1/2" x 1 3/4"

Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 3 1/4" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 1" x 2 1/2"

Firstly take the largest piece of Crumb Cake card stock and score on the long side at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2". Fold the card in half at the 5 1/2" mark as you would to create a normal card, then open it back out and fold to the right on the remaining score. So when stood up it looks like this from the side.

Add adhesive to the panel which makes up the right hand side and then add the 5 1/2" x 4" piece of cardstock, add this so it is flush with the bottom edge of the card stock. Like so...

Once you have the shape like above, add the large DSP to the large diagonal.

Take the smaller pieces of crumb cake and DSP and layer together also. On the small piece of whisper white, stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy ink and add the this panel. Flip this piece over and add dimensionals. Now, you will need to double stack the dimensionals to give you enough height to 'tuck' the cardstock under to keep it stood up. Also on one edge, do not go all the way to the edge. Like this:-

Add this panel to the card and it should like this:-

On the last piece of whisper white, stamp the lovely lattice image in memento tuxedo black ink. You can do this with a clear block, but I used my Stamparatus - as it's quite large and detailed, I wanted to use the stamparatus in case I didn't stamp it fully the first time. Using  stamp positioning tool means, as long as you don't move your paper - you can reink and stamp in exactly the same place. Helping you get perfect outlines.

Once the ink has dried, colour in using the blends - these are so easy to use and can help the most inexperience person colour like a pro. Add this to the front of the card and you are done!!

Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store.
