Beautiful Motifs True Blue Just for You Card.

 Good Morning Everyone,

Happy Monday!

Our team leader set a group challenge earlier in the week - 'to share a project using shades of Blue, White, Navy & Silver'. So I jumped straight on it!

As soon as I saw the challenge I knew I was using the True Blue Floral DSP. It's our December Product of The Month ( Each month Stampin' Up! release an exclusive item that you can get - you can get previous month's items if there's still stock).

This DSP pack was perfect as it's literally all blues and white! I added some of our Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper for the Silver element.

What do you think?

Measurements

Night of Navy Card Stock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scored a 4 1/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - scrap

True Blue Florals DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

6pc - 1 1/4" x 3 1/4"

------------------------------

Take the Night of Navy card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base, adding the Basic White piece to the inside.

On the card front, firstly add the larger piece of DSP, then add the six strips of DSP. Make sure you overlap and add then a little 'wonky'. Also, lay then down so that the colours are spread out - so you don;t have lots of dark or light together.

On a scrap on Basic White stap the sentiment from Beautiful Motifs in Night of Navy ink. Cut out using the Three Banner punch, also cut one banner from the Silver Peaceful Garden Glimmer paper. Cut the Glimmer Banner in half and add behind the sentiment piece, making sure you show a good half inch of glimmer either side.

Add the sentiment to the card front.

I hope you enjoyed my project today - I loved making it. It's quick and simple and a great way to showcase lots of DSP designs on one card.

Creative Colour Challenges - #CCC223

  Good Morning Everyone,

I run the Creative Colour Challenges blog. Each week three Stampin Up Colours are randomly selected and I ask you to create a projects using those colours! Some week's are easier than others - but what I do find is that there's a lot of inspiration given from those who participate, so I thought that on a Sunday, once I have announced the Winner of the Week's Challenge over on Creative Colour Challenges Blog, I'd hop on over here and share the entries with you in the hope that we can give everyone some more inspiration, and I will link to those I can (as anyone can enter, you don't have to have a blog or a website), so It's also my chance to share there work and show some support.

I hope you will head over and take a look at the links provided and check out these two fabulously amazing creators!

Fragrant Layers Thank You Card Monochromatic Insta Hop - Lemon Lime Twist 2026

 Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I'm hopping with the Amazing Crafty Collaborations group and as it's Friday - it's time for our Monochromatic Hop. Lemon Lime Twist is our colour and I'm 100% loving it.

My card uses the Fragrant Layers bundle a a bold does of Black that really makes the Lemon Lime Twist pop. It's such a simple design and quick to make - but it has great impact!

What do you think?

Measurements

Basic Black Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 5 7/8", scored at 4 1/8"

1pc - 5 1/4" x 3 3/4"

scrap

Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 37/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

scrap

--------------------------------------

Take the larger piece of Basic Black Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the Basic White card stock to the inside and the Lemon Lime Twist to the card front.

Bring in your Stampin Cut & Emboss machine and the Fragrant Layers die. Using the detailed outline die and the remaining piece basic black - cut the shape out twice. You need to make sure you line it up pretty evenly to give the 'one' panel effect.

Once cut, add adhesive to the back - I added liquid glue around all the straight edges and a couple of dots on the thinner line. Place this into the centre of the card front - trying to line it up so that you have even borders all the way around.

Now run the label die through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine twice  - once  with Basic White and once with Basic Black.

Stamp the sentiment into the centre of the Basic White piece and then add the black frame around it. I added a small amount of tape to the back to keep these two pieces together - then popped it up onto dimensionals and adhered to the card front.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today - I LOVED creating it.

If you have a few minutes - please head over to my Instagram page where you can find this card, and all the links to continue the hop. These ladies are super talented and you are bound to get lots and lots of inspiration.

Lovely Arrangements Thank You Card. Touches of Ink Blog Hop - January 2026

 Good Evening Everyone,

Today I'm hopping with the fabulous Touches of Ink group. Each month we hop with projects created using Stampin' Up! Products - now we don;t have a set theme as such - we're just encouraged to focus our creating within a Suite or Bundle.

This month I'm using the Lovely Blossoms Suite and it's just that - Lovely blossoms prints in a fabulous colour palette.

I decided to keep it super simple and use the DSP to do pretty much all the work for me. I cut a background panel, and then out of one sheet was this little 3" x 4" panel which was ideal for my focal point followed by a super simple sentiment and the card was made in a flash!

What do you think?

Measurements

Crumb Cake Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - scrap

Lovely Blossoms DSP

1pc - 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"

1pc - 4" x 3"

------------------------------------------

Take the crumb cake card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base, adding the Basic white piece to the inside and the larger piece of DSP to the card front.

On a scrap of Basic White stamp the sentiment in Secret Sea ink and trim.

Position this along with the picture panel of DSP so that it sits evenly spaced on the card front.

I told you it was super quick, didn't I?

I hope you enjoyed my card today - I loved making it. Please take a few minutes to continue through the hop and check out what this group of incredibly talented crafters have made today. Simone is up next, so do head over to say Hi.
