Twinkle Twinkle Double Teabag Holder. Number 14 of #100things

Good Evening Everyone,

I hope you are well.

Today I have this gorgeous double teabag holder for you, It's using the Twinkle Twinkle DSP and I just love it - It's not just for baby cards as you can see below:-

Measurements:-

Soft Seafoam Card Stock
1pc - 7 1/2" x 4 3/4"

Twinkle Twinkle DSP
1pc - 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
2pc - 1" x 3 1/4"

Take the soft sea foam and score on the long side at 3 1/2" & 4", then on the short side at 3 1/2". Fold and burnish all the score lines. Hold the piece of cardstock horizontally with the score lines towards to bottom - you will so a skinny rectangle in the middle, cut this away so you have a shape like this:-

Place the teabags centrally in the large panels, then add glue dots to the flaps as marked with the crosses as above.

Fold over the flaps and run your bone folder over the edges to make sure they have been stuck down well. Add the two thin strips of DSP to the flaps as below:-

Add a velcro circle onto the left hand panel and attached the opposite piece directly onto it so the adhesive is facing up, close the holder, lining up each edge and press hard so that the adhesive stick to the card stock. See below:-

Add the DSP square to the front of the card, then trim two lengths of the petal pink metallic ribbon and stick down with a couple of glue dots.

Bring in your big shot and cut out two circles using the stitched shape framelits, the smallest on whisper white and the second smallest in gold foil. Stamp the for you sentiment onto the whisper white a layer up onto the gold, then add this to the front of your holder.

Balloon Celebration 'Let's Celebrate your day' Birthday Card. Number 13 of #100things

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for the late post - It's Monday and been one of those days.... I get up, get sorted for work.. leave the house and then realise that I didn't schedule my project!! Then I get home potter around and then realise I still hadn't done it!!

So here I am quickly putting it up!!

I wanted to create something fun and quirky but most of all quick card, so here it is -

Create a card base with Basic gray card stock that measures 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" score at 4 1/8". Place a piece of whisper white that measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" onto the inside of the card.

Take a piece of scrap paper and stamp the outline in memento black ink, then the solid balloon image in each of the in colours.

Make sure these dry completely before you move onto the next stage.

Run your embossing buddy over the card, this will remove any oils or static on the card stock. Ink up the detail stamp in versamark and ink each balloon. Cover with silver embossing powder and gently tap off the excess. Bring your heat gun to the cardstock and melt the powder. Set this to one side to dry. Repeat the same process for the sentiment.

Once dry punch out the balloons with the balloon bouquet punch, and the sentiment with the 1 3/4" circle punch.

Add bakers twine to each balloon. and then adhere to the card using dimensionals, then pull all the twine to a point and add a little snail to hold the twine in place, then place the circle sentiment over the connecting twine. Trim down the twine if needed.

Oh So Eclectic Congratulations Card. Number 12 of #100things

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Well the rain has finally made way for a little sunshine - we have blue skies and rays!! So here's my card for today - a bright and beautiful card using the Oh So Eclectic stamp set.

Measurements:-

Berry Burst Card Stock
1pc - 1 1/4 x 2 5/8"
1pc - 2 3/4" x 4 1/4"
1pc - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"

Whisper White Card Stock
1pc - 1" x 2 3/8"
1pc - 2 1/2" x 4"
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock
1pc -5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Take the piece of Lemon Lime Twist and place it on the simply scored. Using the stylish create score lines all along to cardstock. I chose to do some close together and some further apart to create a bit of interest. Add this panel to the card base made from the largest piece of berry burst. Also add the largest piece of whisper white to the inside.

Bring in some scraps of whisper white and stamp three leaf images in Tranquil Tide and three flowers in Berry Burst. I stamped the outline in full ink and then the solid image I stamped off first to give a lighter tome. Fussy cut all these out.

Add the remaining piece of whisper white to the last berry burst . Create a knot n the ruffled trim and lay this onto the bottom of the panel you just created, secure the loose edges on the back with tape and then add this panel to the card base with dimensionals. Pop the flowers and the leaves onto the whisper white, arrange then so they fill most of the white space.

Stamp the Congratulations from Petal Palette on the smallest piece of whisper white in Tranquil tide and layer up on the smallest piece of Berry Burst. Place this below the flower panel.

Share What You Love Floral Gift Bag. Number 11 of #100things

Happy Saturday Everyone,

I hope you are having a good day so far, I have very little planned this weekend, so I hoping to get a lot of crafting done... but we will see how far I get?!? Although my internet is playing up so It's taken ages to upload this as my connection kept dropping and not allowing me to save or publish :(

Today I have this beautiful gift bag to share with you - I just love it - and it measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1 1/2" so it is a great to pop in a variety of goodies, plus you can get two from one sheet of 12" x 12"!!

Take a piece of DSP that measures 5 7/8" x 12".

Score on the long side at 1/2", 4 3/4", 6 1/4" & 10 1/2" with full score lines and at 5 1/2" & 11 1/4" part score to roughly 3". On the short side score at 4 1/4".

Score and burnish all your score lines, except the part score lines. hold the DSP horizontal and cut up all the score lines along t bottom, and wedge into the squares. Cut away the skinny rectangle and notch into each side of the tab. Your piece of DSP Should now look like the image below:-

Pay some attention to the part score lines, gently fold the sides of each score line together to create a v shape - this will help you bag close better and look neater. See the following picture:-

Add tear and tape to the long skinny flap and adhere to the opposite side. Fold in the sides and the back piece, add some more tear and tape to the front flap and seal up to create your base.

Pinch closed the top of the bag and make two holes using the handheld punch - I used the flower heads as a rough guide, but you could measure the if you wanted them to be perfectly lined up.

Thread so grapefruit grove ribbon through one hole and the front and tie in a knot on the inside, then take the loose end and do exactly the same to the hole next to it. Do exactly the same on the back panel and now you should have handles. I used approx. 8" ribbon per side, but you can play around with the lengths.

Bring in the big shot and your Stitched shape framelits. Using the smallest oval, cut out a shape in whisper white and the next size up in Grapefruit grove.

Stamp the for you sentiment on the white oval and layer this to the other oval. Add this to the gift bag with dimensionals and add a couple of the large pearl jewels.

I love how beautiful this paper is, and how you need to do very little decoration to make a lovely project.
